I’ve attempted to overdraft my account 5 times and my pin was refused. When I Had a positive balance I made a point of sale purchase. It worked. But I still couldn’t overdraft. ALL customer service had me do was reset my pin. It didn’t work and I still was charged for each Unsuccessful attempt. I still have three bills due, and I’m looking at a $20.00 (60.00total) for them. They tell me I’ve exceeded my overdraft limit when my overdraft is still active. Refund the fees. And give me back my positive balance so that I can overdraft
