Netflix has fraudulently been take 2 payments a month in my name for 4 half years.we only found out when we lowered our package from full to the lowest and realise both payments were going out of bank.they point blank refuse to give us our money back, they wont tell us who name is using our details they just say someone in the uk.they wouldnt tell us there name they offered us one payment refund not the 4 half years they’ve had..
