Why are we having a price increase when other states are not being affected? Why am I being punished and having to pay more just because you don’t have more subscribers?!?! I shouldn’t have to lay more because of your lack is people using you. Going to $20 is outrageous. My husband and I have been customers in several the prices was $10…prices do not need to go up. That is punishing customers. You will lose business if this happens in March.
