Netflix charged me for two accounts. When I called to let them know that I noticed I was charged twice for Netflix they cancelled one account but would not refund me the money from the account that I did not agree to set up. They claimed they could not do this since both accounts had been accessed although we only have one TV setup with Netflix. They had two emails on file, one is current and the other account we have not used for at least 3 years. I requested a refund of $65.07, which they refused to do. I called back after being disconnected to find out my account was not cancelled after i was told it was.
