I have opened an account at Neteller on 21th of June 23 and add 5k INR in wallet and transfer to octa fx account the transaction is done then again I have added 15k INR but after this transaction my account is permanently closed by Neteller after that I am completing regularly at there customer care by mail or cheting page but they not responding about my 15 k account balance which is stucked from more then 72 hours. Request him to refund my account balance
