MyUS.com — Cannot sign in to a brand new account

I have signed up and when I go to sign in (everything is correct) I get a Recapcha cannot verify your account but I’m getting no recapcha option I have checked cookies etc…. and the settings should all be fine I have tried signing in on 4 separate apple devices
