In March 2021 that airways canceled our flights back to the uk. We eventually managed to rebook new tickets with a different airline. 18 months later and numerous emails later no resolution at all from my trip: no refund, no vouchers, nothing. Shocking customer service. We would like this resolved. Any ideas? Firstly respond! Secondly DO SOMETHING. 18 months and no refund or vouchers!!!
