Mytrip.com — No options to change my flights before departure

Dear Customer Services,

Recently, I booked a flight from WAW to OUL, with different connections,
Booking Reference number: LRLKAS
Order number: LCOHOT
Passeenger details: Patricia Iglesias Lopez.
I called the day before to customer service department to change my booking for another day or another router, the procedure said I can do changes with an extra cost 55pounds.
The person who answer me did not give me any options to change, I lost my flights. I tried to called to the rest of the days prior to departure and with enough time, and also they did not give any options or dates.

That is why, I am totally dissapointed because I lost the money and I had to organize by myself the new flights.

Two of the calls were recordered.
I called on 28th, 29th 8:54 16:38, 16:18, 20:17 30th 12:27 september 2021.

I was waiting for long time by the phone and from customer service did not give me any option to change my booking or possibilities with the terms of the contractor conditions.

No effort to help, or find a solution, there was another flights with the same airline. I was able to pay the fee.
