I just booked 2 tickets with Mytrip and they charged the full amount of the tickets on my bank account but did not send the ation email or reference number. I called to the customer support number and I wanted for 45 min to be attended but the agent just said that I need to wait up to 72 hors to know if I will receive my tickets as my bill is under request which means that my tickets have not been issued yet. They might not been issued but Mytrip charged the money . This is a very poor service and I would say illegal because that shouldn’t charge money without giving a reference number
