Mytrip.com — Misinformation, delayed communication

A part of the journey was canceled by the airline. The company charges £30 to claim the refund on your behalf. And gives no assurance when and how much you would receive in the end. There is a delay in getting a response from the customer service team. The company is not regulated by any UK regulator I was told. They operate from India. They should be in replying to customer queries and should offer alternative options of claiming the refund of cancellations by airlines. They should not be charging any fee for refunds on unused tickets.
