Mytrip.com — I did not receive a product that I paid for

I purchased tickets from MyTrip with a lot for extra services, among them flexible ticket and covid-19 insurance. I had to change my flight dates to a week lat, here the nightmare begains. It took about 10 representive and 10 hours untl they succed to change my flight dates. After that, I found out that they didn’t change my covid-19 insurance to the new dates. I called them and again, seconed nightmare. first told me that I didn’t purchased healt insurance, I had to begg from them to look on the receive, after they saw the receive they told me to talk to Xcover (insurance company) and xcover offcurse, told me to talk to mytrip. I called mytrip again, and again another representive told me that I don’t have insurance. The current situation that is I purchased a product and I don’t have it. They killing me.
