While searching for flights using kayak.com, I was redirected to mytrip.com. I should have known that it was a shady website due to the blurry images. Ten hours after booking the flight, I attempted to change the return flight, but they wanted to charge me $800 for $400 flight. I then attempted to cancel the flight under the 24 hour rule, but they told me it was not valid because was now the following day even though still well within the 24 hour window. They then told me it was the airlines policy which was not their policy. They in fact honor the 24 hour window. When I brought up the 24 hour rule was a federal law, they told me I needed to cancel through the airline. The airline said they cannot issue a refund only mytrip can. When I called back again, they put me on hold for hours. Then I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card. Mytrip refuted my dispute by providing a phony policy that they claimed I agreed to by checking the box that I agreed to. The print is so small that it is not legible. Refund my fare
