If I could give no stars I would have. Horrific customer service, absolute money grabbing thieves. Ordered and then cancelled my order within 15 minutes, to be told that I was outside of the cancellation window (bearing in mind the order was at 11pm). Order arrived, I didn’t open it and had to them pay for the return. Item returned successfully and now they are refusing to refund me the £50 I have paid. To add insult to injury they have then kept the items which I paid for. Honestly couldn’t write enough about how thick these people are. They are now forcing me to go to court to recover the monies spent. Honestly I have never seen such a poor level of service, if you can even call it that. Scam artists is an understatement
