I placed an order for the custom plate “DREAM PD” I paid $99into layaway plan My $99 was accepted and processed weeks late, “My plates” emailed explaining some authority denied my plate I asked for a refund week went by no refund I asked again no refund they tried to charge me $99 on 8/6/20 (CC denied) I called asked why was told I don’t know but assured future billing would stop guess what, I was billed 8/8/20 (CC denied)
