I applied for a Payday Loan online in June 2019. I applied on a site called MyPayDayLoan.com. I received a Payday loan in the amount of $1,449.00 on 6/21/2019. I signed a release for them to take out bi-weekly payments of $180 from my checking account for 1 year. The company started taking out $180 WEEKLY. In August 2019, I contacted my bank and signed paperwork to reject the ACH requests. I received a phone call the following week from my bank alerting me that they changed their information and were able to withdraw an additional $360 payment. I had to close my bank account. I paid them for 3 months over $6k. They have been calling my home phone, cellphone and work phone demanding I pay $1,449. It’s an unethical company. They turned me over to collection agencies and are still harassing via email. Stating I never remitted a single payment!! Beware!! SCAM!! The employees speak little English with thick accents. I believe that the company is based off shore possibly.
