It’s my humble request to all you guys not to purchase MTS MBlaze. It’s the worst product that I have encountered. The speed promised was 3.1 MBPS & it never touched the 1 MBPS mark!!! I stay in the Bangalore RT Nagar area and when I contacted the cust support regarding the speed issue, after all the investigation & waiting period of 15 days they told me that it’s because of my location I am not getting the 3.1mbps speed. CSR’s don’t know what they are talking about. Asked me to change the setting from HYBRID to BROADBAND, which didn’t make any difference please do not purchase this device.
