This was absolutely the worse two cruises we have ever been on. No customer service for American Speaking people at all. Internet was virtually not available in the room. You had to stand outside the room or go where a modem was hanging on the wall in a public area. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and immediately on board checked out where our table was and asked to be changed to a different table by the window, which after waiting 15 minutes in front of a white suited gentlemen we were denied because those tables were reserved for special guest with suites. OK then move us to a rail seat and again were denied but said if anything changes he will notify us. Took our room number and that was the end of it. When we showed up for dinner the table was in the middle of a small isle and we were about to leave when our waiter gave us several options which we took him up on and asked about could we keep this table and he said of course. It was that simple. Also Your options are different than the local Italian options we found out including price. We paid double the amount of some other people we met on board. And the Kids were so rude and disrespectful it was so annoying and no room to walk in the buffett areas. It was so stressfull we were going to leave the ship and fly home. Entertainment was nothing on sea days. we Stayed in the room mostly unless we wanted to use the internet. The tv programs were nothing. No movies even ones you could buy. NON AVAILABLE. AND the only two channel talked English and was the news. and the same news day in and day out. I will never use MSC Cruise lines again even if its free. It was that stressful and disorganized. However the port of calls were good and that was the life saver. So please consider what you are looking for before ever using MSC. Give me refund. And I could rate them with no stars I would
