Mr Price — Lack of communication

I had lost my phone on Sunday evening. I then called my service provider and blocked my line and as well as blacklist my phone. I needed an ITC number to proceed to go to the police station to open a case, the ITC number delayed. Eventually got ITC number, sent all my documents and claim forms to mrpclaims. That’s where the problem now began, afterwards i had to keep calling them to find out what’s next, they kept telling me that the claims forms have been received and they will send an sms. I have been waiting for sms, after I sent numerous emails and calls, i receive the sms that just confirms registration of the claim but doesn’t say what’s next. Now its me again, my airtime calling non stop and sending emails. Am truly disappointed at the level of service i have received here. After this claim i am most definitely going to cancel my policy with them.
