I had my daughter book from this location on several occasions. The last two times I booked in this location I was treated very rudely because we didn’t understand that payment online was not an option although there is a request to pay online. When I get to the desk I’m close to being thrown just for asking how do I pay for the room. On the second occasion I was asked if I was on the do not rent list. When I wanted to know why I was asked that question, I was told that every guest is asked if the have been placed on the do not rent list. Also, the room that I booked was for 2 queen size beds and I was given a full size bed. Have a meeting with the staff about proper customer service.
