I purchased a moneypak because it is the only way I can get money into my VARO account- (VARO, app said it is the only way- and also checked for eligible cards- it’s eligible.) I put 500.00 dollars on it, (for a total of 505 and some change. Once I get to the continue button to upload my ID, it takes me to www.greendotnetwork.com with an error message 404 (proof of the error message will be added) I have tried countless times and still end up there OR it doesn’t do ANYTHING after I put my 16 digit VARO card number. I tried yesterday and apparently tried “too many times in 24hours” and had to wait till today to try again. STILL THE SAME. You can NEVER talk to a live person, they make it seem like you can, but the automated recording keeps telling you to go to the website and click the “help” button. Or www.moneypak.com some type of form that will email them and get back to you in ONE business day. And will only reply nice witching that business day. Then you have to wait another business day to get a reply. I cannot believe this company is legal. I will be seeing what I can do to report them. How are they getting away with this false advertisement. This has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I am now behind on bills that will now be charged late fees, etc. I hope EVERYONE can see this about MONEYPAK and choose NOT to use them. TRUST ME, It’s not worth it. And shame on VARO for even recommending them for the only way to load cash. I have also reached out to VARO and they said there’s nothing they can do. I am livid and disgusted with BOTH companies. Give me my 505 dollars back. And also pay for all of the late fees I got because of their FALSE advertisement. Should also not even be consider a legal company.
