On 8222, at lunch time, I was not greeted. There were no chipsnachos at all for orders or sides. Very small portions were given of the food. The staff were unfriendly and complained that I had four orders and did not call it in. I was informed that I am required to call in orders if I have more than two orders. I had three orders (two items on one bill and the other two were on separate bills). My order was one nachos with beef, one chicken quesadilla, one chicken stack, and one rice bowl with steak. So, if you have a family of three or more come to your restaurant to order, does that mean they are required to call ahead? My coworkers and I usually call ahead to restaurants if we have large orders, however I did not think four items was a large order. Address this policy with the restaurant. Clarify to all your customers if you want orders with more than two items called in ahead, however I am not sure how you would do that since most families that dine with you probably consist of more than two people. Make sure your store has stock if possible. The staff need to be friendlier. Return to larger regular portions.
