Mistplay — Not receiving reward

I redeemed points (for the first time) for a $25 PayPal reward on July 31st. They say rewards are processed within 48 hours, but mine still says pending approval. I sent a message to support, and the response was NOT helpful. They gave me instructions to go in and click on RESEND. This is not applicable for PayPal rewards. I sent a second message and have not received a response.
