He lies to get money from who ever he can. He will promise to pay you back and he never will. He doesn’t take care of any of his responsibilities including his daughter and he’s about to have another kid. He has an std and will lie and says he doesn’t. His wife left him in Florida and then divorced him because she couldn’t deal with his infidelity. He has no work ethic and will not keep a job for a long period of time.
