On February 16th 2023 I pre-ordered a ******* Galaxy s23 ultra with the free upgrade in memory I told the store that I was doing the upgrade and they took it upon themselves to add another line to my account which I specifically told them repeatedly I did not want therefore I had to call back that evening to the customer service line to get it straightened out. Since then I’ve had multiple phone calls over my bill being messed up because of the interaction the phone that I pre-ordered was supposedly shipped the money was taken out of my account on the 27th and immediately following the message saying it had been shipped on the 27th I got one that said that the merchandise was missing I called ******** customer service again to inquire about the situation they said the merchandise was damaged and that I would have to make another down payment for them to send a new phone they also filed for a refund of the initial down payment I still have not received the down payment refund I still have not received the new phone that on the 28th they went ahead and ordered and said that I would have on Friday March 3rd they also said I would have the refund at that same time that at that point in time I could call them back and redo the down payment for the new phone I’ve since made additional phone calls to them because I still do not have the money or the phone it is March 8th now and now they are telling me that it’s going to be even longer the refund keeps getting pushed out and the phone being delivered keeps getting pushed out further every time I speak to somebody nobody has the same answer and no one is trying to resolve this but me
