My personal profile was hacked on 24 September. They reached our business manager, which also owned three of our pages. I have been locked out of the account and personal profiles at since than. We managed to save one of our pages. We reported the case to Meta support on several fronts, but nothing happens. Over a 3 month passed and not a single step was taken on their side to restore the account or to provide access to that. I don’t really know how to proceed with this issue further I’m running out of options and they still just postponing the solution. They are very kind but haven’t done any specific steps over a whole month besides regretting the situation. I tried to describe how urgent is to get the account and pages back as We make a living by them. They should restore my personal profile and business manager account to a state before the intrusion, lock out all current impostor administrators and provide access to the account and pages.
