Hi, It has been two weeks since I have tried to get in touch with Meta – through my FB account, Instagram, and emails. I even asked my mates who live in the states to give Instagram a call. The sad part is I have been trying to report how someone from Nigeria hacked my Instagram account (egyptian.kiwi) using a bitcoin scam and hacking so much more while using a WhatApp number pretending to be from Meta while using a USA codel. I have been trying to stop this scam as they really end up harassing so any messages via WhatsApp. I have been such a loyal customer to both FB and Instagram – I report anything inappropriate as I like to keep your services up to standard. However, I have been really disappointed in how Meta handled this hack. It has been difficult to reach anyone to cause this scam to stop. Nevertheless, I also would like my Instagram back as it has much of my personal information and my last memories with my father before I lost him during Covid. This whole experience has been very stressful and frustrating as I have had zero replies from Meta. I hope this platform is a more professional way of dealing with my matter. It is an urgent matter – I would like a quick response as I don’t want to feel like I am talking to a machine. I have all the evidence you need to prove it is my Instagram (egyptian.kiwi) account. I also took several screenshots of the convos of the Instagram accounts they have been using and the WhatsApp number if needed. Please let me know.
