Purchased from Menards Enchanted Gargen water fountain last summer. We used it 4 months. We kept it clean, and brought it inside in October before winter. The hose to air filter was too short and kept coming off. Had to keep emptying fountain and re-attaching air hose. Got it out in June and thentiers were pitted, stain coming off all over, and bottom tier rim came unglued. Papers that came with fountain said if there were problems to NOT contact Menards, but to contact Enchanted Gardens. So I did contact them, sent pictures and did all they asked. They said it could not be repaired and they would replace it or give me a refund. I asked them how to proceed. Now they will not respond to me at all. I have sent at least another dozen emails with pictures to them with no reply. The person I was dealing with there was Jason Zhang, @ Dong Fang Jun Ma, 909 1st Ave, Buffalo, MN 55313. Return my money, or replace fountain.
