McDonalds — Unwilling employee

On September 28, 2021 at 4:45 PM I entered the drive-through of McDonald’s and ordered a medium decaf coffee. I was told none was brewed. I said are they going to brew some. I was told sorry sir we’re not going to brew any. She said there was nothing she could do. I can’t believe for one minute that McDonald’s would not brew a pot of coffee for a customer that wanted it. It’s national coffee day. Is this the policy of McDonald’s not to accommodate the customer. I am considering going on social media to see if anyone else has a similar situation. I have employees make a pot of coffee when it runs out.
