Went to McDonald’s by MK DONs in Milton Keynes this morning at 11:05 I ordered a double big Mac three hamburgers chicken mayo and the bun on the double big Mac was hard the burgers were cold then the chicken Mayo what is the best item the hamburgers were plain hamburgers and only one of them had a soft bun. I am very disappointed as this has happened before. I have been to the same McDonald’s and ordered and had totally different items in my bag like last week I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter and she got chicken nuggets there’s a big difference between a burger and chicken nuggets. The color gives it away as well one is white and one is dark so I was cooking them need glasses. As I am disabled and live 5 miles away from this McDonald’s I said today to the girl in the window what happened last week with the chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger and all she said was things happen we’re only human. Now from a customer‘s point of you yes we are human yes we make mistakes but and this is a big but, if money is involved you make dam sure that the order is correct yes we are human we make mistakes not when money is involved. Are used to use McDonald’s a lot as I used to drive around Britain a lot and I can honestly see I’ve heard a handful of times where there have been screw-ups and I have gone back in but again when is money involved they shouldn’t be screw-ups you’ve got a cook you’ve got the person what looks at it you got the person that wraps it you got the person that makes the drinks got the person that bags all up and you’ve got managers everywhere. How about paying your understaff a better wage so they can pay more attention to what they’re doing then the manager just walking around. Don’t get me wrong another manager works as well but they should still know what they’re doing what their staff is doing. Now my order came to £10.09 it’s not the money what I’m bothered about is the attention to detail if the pain feels stale don’t use it tell the manager is **** sing with the burgers it’s fast food it’s hot meant to be I would like is the staff to be better trained. If the bun feels stale don’t send it common sense all it is. If you want proof on the next question the photo you will have to go to the ducks at teardrop lake in Milton Keynes because they had the bread or just call it a bun even one of them walked away from it it was that hard. Just some common ****** sense.
