Thank you for this statement. You should know that my intention was to click and collect but your delivery truck was parked across all points, even though there was room on your car park for the truck to park there. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and the ‘speak for order’ facility did not have my code even though I had it on my app. This is not the usual service but on this occasion it was not good. I look forward to you reply.
