I am a regular morning customer as this location since it’s the same route as my commute. Numerous times I have ordered a medium coffee with 2 shots of espresso, and was given coffee without the espresso, and also given coffee with sugar instead of espresso. When I returned at a later date and explained to them their mistake at my expense, they either asked me if I called or brought back my receipt. On one of the occasions I brought back my receipt, but since I didn’t call, they would not reimburse. On another occasion, I called but didn’t bring in a receipt, and still did not get reimbursed. They have gotten to know me now, since they keep jacking up my order, and I double check my coffee before leaving. When I double check my coffee, they roll their eyes and become impatient, to make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them, and or the drivers behind me get impatient and honk. This morning it happened again, and I remember looking straight at the girl through the drive thru window and asking her if there was espresso in the coffee when she handed it to me. She said yes, but when I got to work and took my first sip, there was sugar in it instead. Help me with this. I should get reimbursed for a months worth of coffee, as well as expecting their patience when I take the time, each time from now on, to taste test the coffee before driving away.
