McDonalds — No service and no food and would give a refund and took our receipt

We went to McDonald’s on Sunday September 26 at approximately 615 pm. There was one car in the parking lot. 2 employees were standing outside the front. We pulled up to drive through and waited to order. Placed order and pulled to second window. Paid for our food and waited and waited. After 10 minutes the male working asked to see our receipt. Took the receipt and came back and told us to pull up. We sat and waited for 20 minutes while cars behind us got food and left. So we went into the McDonald’s with our ticket (203) and no one was at the register. An African American woman asked how we got in the building and we told her. She took our ticket and said I guess we will have to make it. So our order hadn’t even been cooked (while 5-6 cars behind us got food and left). We asked for a refund and she said we don’t give refunds. Did not apologize and was extremely rude. She didn’t give us the ticket back but walked us out (continuing to be rude and never apologized) and locked the door behind us. I want a refund.
