Place never has the drinks I want. This time no hot chocolate, then asked for chocolate milkshake. Then asked for an alternative to which they said no and gave me bad attitude. All because they don’t maintain equipment properly or train staff properly. Manager was also rude and dismissive and offered nothing not even an apology or way to resolve dispute, nothing, not even a free cheeseburger. None of the drinks my family wanted were on offer and this is about the fourth time in the last six months. I want an apology and to know why the machines are all broken so often. Vouchers may help.
