Manager told me that the dining room was closed at 7 pm…was wearing sunglasses and a coat. When I told him to take his glasses off he said no and when I asked him to write his name down so I could complain he refused and told me to get the **** out his store. He also told me he lost the keys to the door and that’s whybit was open. Have never been spoken like that in front of my 2 kids….the bathroom also had **** all over the ground and was filthy. I have pictures of the urine if you want them. This manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. And the manager thought it was the funniest thing talking to his customers like ****….I am embarrassed that my children had to witness this type of behavior last night on December 27th This manager should be terminated for treating customers like dirt. He doesn’t care about the image or the McDonald’s brand and doesn’t represent you guys like he should. I should also get a verbal apology from him as well
