I recently was in this location and witnessed an employee being treated in a humiliatingly way by the general manager. She was called upon by the general management in front of staff and CUSTOMERS in the lobby. This type of behavior is out of line on so many levels! I felt very bad for the employee and shared words of compassion with her! Something needs to be done about this. Apparently, this happens frequently at this location. Train management properly or relieve the individuals that don’t respect it from their duties
