Went to McDonald’s tonight at Thetford and went through the drive-through and was asked to park in bay 1 we were sitting there for 30 minutes and when I went up to the window I was told that they had given my food the someone else there was no apology or anything by the member of staff!! And I was made to wait in bay 1 for a further 10 minutes when they sorted out my order. Refund for purchase
