Ordered November of 2021. Emailed everywhere, calls placed, texts sent to the same number that the confirmation order came from. No reply. No response. Nothing. I was hopeful after reading some of these comments that maybe it would magically appear- but I have reluctantly accepted that I’m out $150 for the picture and frame I ordered.
