Bought a couple of packs of cigarettes 1 pack was stale filter was pale and they do not look like the other cigarettes I have been smoking for over 30 years. The cigarettes smell weird and have no. I tried to return cigarettes or exchange them, but that was not an option with the store I purchased them at. I would like a refund or a fresh pack of smokes
