Mariah Alexandria Vicharra — Nebraska

Started back in 2015 when Mariah was 14 years old she was in foster care with a friend of mine who at the time, I was not associating with much because her husband and I did not see eye 2 eye, I was 8 months pregnant living life with my fiance ( Now Husband ) when Mariah found out her foster mom was pregnant with her first baby & Mariah got upset about it & ranaway from her foster home. Couple weeks pass by & my friend came to me telling me what was going on & how hurt she was that Mariah would do such an awful thing to her when she opened her home up to a child in need, a child who was mentally unstable due to the fact that her biological mother was a drug addict & taught her how to weigh drugs & never shown her actual true love so Mariah was a complete mess!! Needed all the help she could possibly receive. Well my friend told me that Mariah said my fiance at the time RAPED her & gave them a huge story on when it happened, remind you when she said this happened he was at work on the clock, than her 2nd story to police said that my friends husband RAPED her & that’s why she ran away because she was bring RAPED, & said she was sold for 200$ to random men that my friend had at her house. So in September of 2016 Mariah sends me a facebook message admitting to me that she lied about being raped just so she could go be with her biological mother who gave her the idea to say she was raped. Mariah also stated prior to her claiming false rape against my fiance & my friends husband she also said her own father raped her!!!! Mariah DID NOT pass any lie detector test that we’re given to her & still to this day 4/12/2019 she says my husband raped her even after she openly admitted she lied about it just to be with her bioloigcal mother. Mariah is now 18 & pregnant living her life happily while I’m here shattered after her accusations of false rape against the man i loved dearly, Mariah’s mother has threatened me multiple times & so has Mariah. I have made numerous police reports & the police will not do anything about the threats made towards my family & I. My friends husband was thrown in jail & deported over Mariah, My friend & I both have to go to counseling, Therapy just to feel okay, all because 1 girl who was jealous that her foster mother was pregnant. Mariah had only met me 1 time & destroyed my entire world because of jealousy. Mariah lives in Lincoln, Ne & comes to Council Bluffs, Ia where her biological mother lives & they drive past my home EVERYDAY starting problems but they never stop, this has been going on for 4 years now. I have videos of Mariah & her mother driving by cursing at my children who are playing in their own yard, Mariah & her mother throw stuff into my yard, put notes on my car window saying, Oh I’m sorry but your husband is a rapist & that they will kill us soon. Mariah was never raped, she failed all test given to her & still gets to harass my family & I, I want justice & I pray 1 day we will get it. Mariah was 14 years old sneaking grown men into my friends house & having *** with them in her bedroom for money, every year is a new story, I can only imagine what is lying ahead or what story she will invent next!!! My friend caught Mariah in bed with a 46 year old man having unprotected ***, Mariah was 14 years old when she told the Pottawattamie county judge that her biological mother would make her have *** with grown men for money just so they could stay afloat or for drugs. Mariah’s mother Gabriella Gonsalez ( Jessica Gonsalez Herrera Vicharra ) sold her daughter Mariah for 200$ to a 33 year old man in 2014 & that’s when Mariah was taken by the state & placed into foster care, In April of 2015 Mariah was placed in my friend’s home & disaster struck when she was allowed to have internet access & Mariah contacted her mother. Now my family & I have to rebuild our love, trust & our peace of mind all because 1 girl told a lie so simply that it caused my world to unfold.
