I have been charged for a service I never used or recall subscribing. I have been charged $24.99 for about 28 months, from 2018-2020. I have reached out to chase MasterCard and the credit company can only refund me for 3 billing cycles. I reached out to Lynda Inc by email since no one is answering calls at the toll free number ###-###-####. I was referred to email my complaint and the response was that they could only refund me 2 months. I have am not able to log into Lynda.com because I don’t have an account.
