Lowes — Doesn’t want to do the job

I purchased some doors to be installed on 9422 and up to now I still haven’t had my doors installed. I received a call in October telling me my order was in and I should be hearing from the installation department and never did. I have gone to the store several times and each time I get a different story. I have written to customer service three times and still no doors. I feel like I have been robbed by Lowe’s. I got a call about two weeks ago telling me something had to be reordered and I should hear from them on 12723 and I’m still waiting. They should give me back my money because it’s obviously that Lowe’s doesn’t want to do the job.
