Since this new manager has taken over, this store has come to zero. We’re not coming back here. We will go to Cornelia one instead. We are parked outsiders de right now still waiting on our pizza that we ordered 1 hour and 3 minutes ago. There’s people outside on the phones cursing and complaining. There’s a mad lady that is screaming obscenities and yelling out at people because she will have to wait on a pizza. We ordered our online so we can’t get a refund they say. The lobby is packed with people and there’s probably 25 pizzas in boxes stacked up at the end of the oven. But, the one employee is taking more orders and none are going out. They don’t know when our order will be ready is what we were just told. We’ve been in to check on our order 959 three times. The rest of the family ordered from other restaurants so of course their food is all cold now. This is twice now. We won’t be back. It’s a shame. Make a way for the store to refund you if you order online. Then if you can’t get your order, you get a refund and go to a store that can actually sell food.
