Little Caesars — Phone off hook for hours

i tried calling little ceasars to have a special made pizza done. and i tried for 3 hrs house getting a busy line. so i finally went to drive thru and ordered it , and also asked if the phone was off the hook because i been trying to call for hrs. the girl laughed and said yes. I said well it is a inconvience.. as i placed my order and set in drive thru waiting for it to be made and cooked along with the crazy bread. i felt the need to ask her why it was off the hook? She starts stubbling with her words at this point and chances her story to oh idk if it’s off the hook , i havent heard it ring to answer it. i think she found i didnt find it funny when she laughed about it the first time. i know this isnt the first time this has happened with the phone being off the hook. i gave up a time before this, but today i was really craving your pizza. i really dont plan on returning . i dont care how much i crave the pizza anymore
