I purchased flowers from Ling’s Moment for my son’s wedding. I didn’t need some of the flowers and I sent them back for a refund. I had not received a refund after a week and I called to check on the refund. They said that refunded the money to a credit card. I called them back to explain that It was a gift card that I no longer have and asked them to resend the refund to a different card or mail me a check. They said that they already sent a refund and couldn’t do anything about it.
