Lindsay Mruk is in her early thirties. She has dark blonde hair and hazel eyes. In terms of her appearance, she used to have deep acne scars and crack pepsi burns on her face, but has since had extensive dermabrasion. She wears heavy makeup. De Mruk claims to be a yoga instructor and a graduate of [REDACTED] cooking school. She last worked at [REDACTED]. Mruk is a pathological liar. She came to the Okanagan in 2010 and claimed to be a relative. Stay away from her. She is unstable and cannot be trusted. She is capable of lying, harassment, thievery, threats, property damage, and stalking. Mruk likes to prey upon people for money and sympathy with the pigeon drop, false stories, charm, ***, and lies. Mruk has no relation to any member of my family, biological or otherwise. She is mistaken in her belief of being a descendant of my biological father, who is deceased. Mruk has been claiming that money is owed to her through my inheritance and that she needs money. Her long history as a drug addict, adulterer, and thief from her own husband has eliminated any sympathy from me or any other member of my family. Mruk came up here and made false claims while covering up the truth. She tried to procure money from me, and hid her troubled history in Costa Rica, the United States, and Mexico. Unable to obtain a divorce, she is still married to her jailed husband. She has been caught by police with cocaine and at the scene of a car accident, and is wanted in several countries that do not have a treaty with Canada. Mruk has never wanted to live in Canada. She married for money and because her country singing aspirations were unrealistic. Mruk has lied consistently about her education and background. She is also wanted in one country for illegal moving of money, lying about a business license, and illegal entry. She was subpoenaed to appear before court, but left before she could be arrested by police or custom officials. Mruk also stole $12000 from her jailed husband and emptied out his accounts. She was removed from her family home and banned from entering the homes of several friends and family members as she went from place to place in British Columbia. Finally, she settled down in the Okanagan, where she made a false pitch. The truth is, my biological father is deceased and was married to a woman who was a former wife of her stepfather. She has no legal, familial, blood, or other connection to my family. Also, since I am not a legal member of my biological father’s family, she clearly has no idea how inheritance law and family claims work. Mruk should know she has no legal standing to her claims. Mruk also stalked a man and lived with him for two years. When he asked her to work, she stole $10000 from him and disappeared. She claimed to be pregnant and did not know who the father was. She took up with Simon Peter Cook (aka Simon Peter Woods) and did not tell him she was married and had a boyfriend she lived with. Furthermore, she cheated on this man she lived with and then left. Fortunately, he was not the father of her two kids. Stay away from this woman. She is also infected with DRDs and has been spreading it, as she doesn’t believe in medical treatment and has used unreliable natural treatments instead of drugs that eliminate the virus in seventy to eighty-five percent of cases. These test results have been viewed by people I know and confirmed by a clinic. Mruk is also connected to a man by the name of Shaun Carr, a harassing drug dealer who is now deceased. She connived with him to steal money and make false claims. Both have lived other profits and illegal laundering of money.
