Linden Lab — Stolen funds from my account

An employee of the business has taken funds from my account with them and is demanding information about me in order to return the funds to me. As a customer in good faith, I am unable to comply with the extortion request and would like to terminate my relationship with the business. However, the business is currently holding my funds. All customer service tickets or inquiries about the issue are terminated or met without service.
