LightInTheBox — Lying to me with emails about processing and shipping package

I ordered 162$ items from the lightinthebox.com.and paid with paypal and it was ed..the after a week I send a email to see why it shows items still transferring from warehouse and QC passed..she (Carla) send me an email saying that few items are not available..and yet lighinthebox took my money and falsely showed on line that item were available at the time I ordered..she said that it will take 5 to 7 days to get them from somewhere else…not only they lied to me but also she kept sending emails that my order will ship within 24 hr. So far as December 20th my order has not been shipped. and has already passed 72 hr and counting..This is a dishonest to lie to costumer and not been up front to tell what,s is going on..I have talked to my bank about fraudulent case about lighinthe box conduct and hopefully they will help..To be honest and since they waisted 10 days or more by sending emails false shipping updates..They should expedite my package in fast shipping method and not to repeat this again
