WHEN I WENT TO ENTER MY LIDLE PLUS APP THE SYSTEM IN STORE WAS NOT WORKING.I WAS ENTITLED TO A £10 DISCOUNT WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE IN STORE SYSTEM HAS BEEN OUT OF USE.THE MANAGER IN THE STORE WAS NOT HELP FULL AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES.ANOTHER NOT VERY HELP FULL SYSTEM. THE COMPLAINT COULD BE RESOLVED BY INSTALLING A SYSTEM THAT WORKS.EVERY OTHER SUPERMARKET HAS SYSTEMS THAT WORK.
