Lee Phan is a scumbag loser!! He thinks Young girls want him he had a restaurant in cocoa village FL that he ran into the ground because he’s a drunk!! He ripped off everyone that he owed money too , just closed up and didn’t pay people he owed!!! Told a single mom working two jobs to support her kid that he didn’t have to pay her because his restaurant went under,also told a guy who is a diabetic that he wasn’t paying him and when the guy told Lee he needed his pay for medication and food Lee said that’s to bad for you! And sent him a picture of a seafood platter he was eating and said I am doing just fine and didn’t care if he needed the money Lee owed him for insulin! The guy is such a loser it’s sad every business he has had has gone bad his girlfriend Sandy Nguyen is just as bad she is a thief too! They live in Orlando FL at 1409 willow Branch dr. Don’t ever let these two owe you any amount of money because they are thief’s who will steal from anyone!!!!
