I ordered a bosch mixer grinder from lazada from a local seller in Singapore and when I contacted the seller (as there was a delay) I learnt it’s coming from india and not compatible with Singapore plug so wanted to return. Lazada asked me to return at doorstep as item was already shipped. I did that to the sing post person on 13th June 8.30 am and was told I will get a refund of 265$ but till date there’s no update and they keep rejecting. The seller is uncooperative and keeps pointing me to customer care. Now I am left with no product no money and just harassment of contacting lazada daily with no outcome
